The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was great, but the visit was less than great. The first set of key cards wouldn't open our room, so I had to go back to the lobby. Later, when we returned late at night, my key still wouldn't work. The AC also failed, and the room got warm. We opened the window, but it only opened three inches. At checkout I tried to tell the man at the desk, but he interrupted and said they'd look into it.

We like staying outside the busy city, and we've used this hotel twice already. We'd stay again. Breakfast is good, and the staff were helpful. The outdoor pool is a good size, though the indoor one is rather small. That's important for us since we have four kids. The rooms are starting to show their age a little, but they're not bad.

The room was average, nothing special, and the furniture was in fine shape. But the bathroom was disgusting. There was black mold throughout the shower, along with red mold that spreads widely but is easy to clean. Mold in the shower is a clear sign it hasn't been cleaned well. Please see the picture I attached. There are no vending or ice machines on the floors, so you have to go down to the first floor for anything. I won't stay with this hotel chain again. It wasn't worth the cost. No one was at the counter when I arrived, so I had to ring the bell, and the desk took a while to respond. The person who came hadn't been trained in customer service. I hoped that was a one-off, but checkout was the same with a different person. It doesn't take much to smile and thank someone who's paying to stay the night.

The price was definitely right, and I'd stay here again. The staff at the desk greeted us warmly. Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting, though it had a slight odor. The bathroom could use some maintenance and updating. They provided light snacks in the evening, and breakfast was included.
