There were four of us but only three bath towels in the room, and there wasn’t a Gideons Bible. Those were small oversights in an otherwise great stay. The hotel stayed clean and quiet even with several sports teams there, the staff were pleasant and professional, and breakfast had a very nice range of options. I’d recommend this Holiday Inn Express to other visitors.

Breakfast was okay, but the rest made it hard to rest. Long hairs on the sheets made the bed feel unclean, and the heater fan ran all night with no way to shut it off. The place is an older remodeled hotel and feels dated. I only needed a few hours of sleep and ended up fully dressed on top of the bedspread. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

We first stayed here in October 2021, then came back October 11-13, 2025. We got the same large room as before, with two separate bedrooms, which we really like. It was near the elevator, but we didn’t hear much hallway noise, and being on the top floor was nice too. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with lots of choices and a fun pancake machine, plus coffee in the lobby all day. The pool area was in great shape. I think the hot tub was being worked on during our previous visit, but everything was open this time. There’s a full-size pool, a smaller one-foot-deep pool, a good-sized hot tub, lots of seating and tables, and a ping pong table. It wasn’t hot or humid in there, and it didn’t have a strong chlorine smell, which I appreciated since I was just observing. The St. Cloud neighborhood felt nice and pretty safe. We’ll stay here again and again, and hope the quality and service stay top notch. Thanks for a great stay!

Breakfast turned out decent, with a good choice of foods and a switch between omelettes and scrambled eggs. The room was very spacious, and everything else looked good. Wi-Fi was unreliable at first, and even my cellular service seemed better. It did work later, but was hit or miss, possibly because so many guests were using it. My stay was good overall, though I wish they’d improve the Wi-Fi signal and speed.

The room was quiet and the staff were friendly and great. Room service was good too. I was missing an oven in my room, but could use the one in the common area. The comforter had a few spots and the TV seemed a bit old. Breakfast quality could use some improvement, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
