We’ve been here three times, and I really don’t need to look elsewhere. This bed and breakfast is worth every penny, with only three sizable rooms and everything you need to be comfortable. They go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. The home sits in the middle of a wine vineyard, and from the upper-level balcony you can take in the beautiful vineyard scenery. Breakfast is served every morning between 8:30am-10am, and it really hits the spot.

RJ was attentive, full of information, and a pleasure to talk with over breakfast and on our tour. We stayed in the Grayson room, which was bright, had a comfortable bed, and opened onto a lovely outdoor deck. Salvestrin Inn is a historical gem, with beautiful grounds, vines, and mature trees, and downtown St. Helena is just a short walk away. We’ll certainly be back. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

You’ll probably need to plan several weeks ahead since this bed and breakfast is popular, but it’s worth every cent. We felt so welcome and everything was very well organized. Staying at The Salvestrin Inn made this trip one to remember, and it’s one of my favorite stays. We’ll definitely return. Make it a great weekend getaway!

This family run place is full of history, and I’ve had the best experience every time I stay. The staff are very friendly, and it’s clean and cozy. The daily breakfast is out of this world. There are only three rooms, so book ahead. They’re all charming and nicely decorated.

A beautiful spot in the heart of wine country. It’s a small winery with a nice, limited selection, and you need to make an appointment. There’s also a B&B on site.
