We came without a reservation looking for somewhere to stay, and they had a Family Suite for the four of us. It worked perfectly: bunk beds for the kids, a king bed, bathroom, and full-size fridge. Having access to the rooftop and lobby from the third floor was excellent and saved us from needing the elevator. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

The view was the standout and made our stay feel extra special. Lisa at the front desk was wonderful, very welcoming and friendly, and gave us several good places to visit. The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. Breakfast is continental, but it was fresh and tasty. We'd happily come back in another season.

We were snowed in for a few days by a blizzard, and Lisa kept us laughing the whole time. She made sure we had a great stay, explained what was nearby, and told us what the hotel offered. The rooms were spotless and roomy, and the outdoor hot tub was relaxing. The game room was great too. This area must be beautiful in summer, and we'd love to see it then. Thanks, Lisa!

The pool was a nice part of the stay, but soaking in the hot tub and looking out over the lake was the real highlight. From the lobby, there's a stunning view that immediately sets the mood. Our room felt fresh and modern and was very comfortable. It made for a lovely winter weekend away. I can't wait to return in summer.

I'm a regular Hampton Inn guest, and this is among the nicest ones I've visited. The view is incredible, especially watching the sunrise over free coffee while waiting for the complimentary breakfast. Our room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a great base for visiting the Mackinac Island area. I only wish we'd stayed more than one night.
