CozySuites Central West End

The hot tub was clean and nice, and everyone was friendly and helpful with local information. We had a great stay. The beds felt a little hard, but the pillows and blankets helped make up for that. I’d recommend staying here and would come back.

The Westend made a difficult trip much easier. I was in town for a funeral, and when the place we’d planned to use for the repass suddenly fell through, my family was welcomed here. I also needed to print a document, and the staff got it done when I needed it. Every person I dealt with was ready to help, whatever the problem, and the place smelled fresh and clean when I walked in. Parking was covered and felt safe, while the big shared space had two kitchens, plenty of places to lounge, a bright outdoor patio, and a play area for kids. I’d originally booked one of their other locations, but it had no elevator. I called after landing in St Louis, and Heather found me an upgraded alternative at the Westend. The one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom unit with a full kitchen suited me perfectly. I’ll stay here whenever I visit St Louis.

I spent two weeks here in January 2026 while looking for an apartment and enjoyed the whole stay. The place was clean, affordable, and had everything I needed, with great customer service too. Heather, Terry, Davy (sp?), and the rest of the staff made me feel welcome. I’d happily give this place six stars if I could, and I highly recommend it.

The staff were great every time I interacted with them, and the location worked well for our plans, close to the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis and just a short drive from the Fabulous Fox. The room was a good size for one night. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay much longer, though, since the bed wasn’t very comfortable. I also couldn’t stand the smell of pot coming from somewhere on my floor.
