I stay at Marriott hotels, usually Fairfield Inns, every week of the year as an Ambassador, and this Fairfield is my number one in the country. The property is in excellent shape, with great amenities, and the staff are well trained across housekeeping, the front desk, and support. I’d recommend it to any traveler.

We slept really well, thanks to the comfy bed and pillows and how little noise made it into the room. A loud group of hockey parents was gathered in the lobby, and we were in the first room down the hall, but we couldn't hear them. The room was spotless and updated, breakfast was good, and getting on and off the highway was easy. Charlotte, the evening shift manager, was great to work with.

The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were very helpful. We were in town for a hockey tournament, though, and the manager never got back to our team about the room rates.

After we'd paid, we were told we had to stay in our room and couldn't use the common areas or go anywhere except outside. My 12 year old daughter and her service dog were suddenly treated as a problem, even though the hotel had already taken our money. The room smelled musty too, though I hadn't minded that at first. This place wasn't service dog or disability friendly. Please educate your staff so nobody else has to go through this. So disappointing. We've been advised to take legal action.

Brad was wonderful during a stressful situation, staying kind and upbeat even with the water main break. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was spot on. Thank you! 😊
