Live by Loews - St.Louis

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities, and the mattresses felt just like home. Staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout. Amazing service, and a great experience from beginning to end. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend it.

Our room was extremely clean, and parking was reasonably priced. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, and the hotel smelled amazing. They let us check in early, and the view from our room was incredible. They even sent up a slice of birthday cheesecake for my husband, such a kind gesture. We’ll definitely come back.

Live! At Lowe’s was a lovely place to stay, right by the stadium and close enough to walk to lots of other things. The room was very nice. Mike, the valet parking attendant, was the best part of our visit. He was so friendly and helpful, a real asset to the organization.

This review is late, but the stay deserves it. Visiting Live! by Loews – St. Louis at Christmas made things feel especially magical, thanks to the festive decorations and warm holiday atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our room had a wonderful view of Busch Stadium, and even on gray winter days, plenty of natural light made it feel bright and inviting. There was a small room issue at check-in, but staff fixed it quickly and professionally. The next day they personally followed up to make sure everything was all right and told us to reach out if we needed anything. That care meant a lot. Service was strong across the hotel: the front desk was welcoming and attentive, valet was impressive, and housekeeping and maintenance were friendly, efficient, and kind. A thoughtful front desk gesture, giving my child a teddy bear representing Busch Stadium, absolutely made their day. We can’t wait to return.
