Gianna made the whole leasing process easy to follow, without burying me in extra details. She answered every question, or followed up when she didn’t have an answer right away. I appreciated that she respected my time: no long waits or confusion, just clear information and great energy. She’s sharp, professional, and genuinely easy to work with.

As a Kasa renter, this was a confusing, convoluted experience I wouldn’t repeat. Getting into the building with a car parked somewhere took hours of digging through their documents to piece together the “clues.” When I got frustrated, support just explained why I was wrong for not searching enough, instead of helping. The rooms were very noisy, and each bedroom has a dedicated sound machine, so apparently that’s a known issue. The apartment felt sterile and corporate, with furniture that seemed like cheap Amazon stuff. The appliances were a step above average, which made the furniture look even cheaper and the place feel more like an office. It wasn’t the worst, but for the price and what they expect you to do, it wasn’t great. If you’re considering Kasa, I’d check their Trust Pilot ratings first.

We booked two nights but left after the first because we didn’t want to risk another traumatic night. A fight in another room made sleep impossible: people were crying and screaming, furniture was being moved, and there were other awful noises I can’t describe. My family and I got only 3-4 hours of sleep, and only after calling the police. We called Kasa twice, but instead of focusing on a solution, they kept asking us to describe the situation again. We booked a hotel for the second night. Kasa refunded the unused night, but gave no refund or discount for the night we couldn’t sleep. It’s still unbelievable that I paid in full for that horrible night. Be aware that the front desk won’t help and will send you to Kasa, which offered no solution. That was one of several problems we had there.

On the first night, I had trouble with parking. I should’ve received an email with my designated spot before arriving, but I had to ask and didn’t get it until the next day. The shower also kept turning off by itself. I reported it, but the issue was never resolved. I worked it out on my own and found that it shuts off automatically when the hot water runs out. That’s unusual, and would’ve been useful to know in the property details at check-in.
