My showing was set for 11:30 AM, but when I got there I was told the unit had just been rented. Nobody called or texted to let me know. As a Black woman, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected, and hope others get basic courtesy and fair treatment. I truly would give the place no stars, but had to post a review. From the way it looks, I wouldn't want to live there anyway, so that racist, white man did me a favor.

I loved how comfortable I felt here and honestly didn't want to leave. It's a hidden gem downtown, and the properties are top notch and very clean. As a woman, I notice the little things, and they even provide make-up wash cloths, going the extra mile. The bed felt like sleeping on clouds. Best sleep I've had in years. I highly recommend it, you'll be pleasantly surprised and happy.

The noise was so disruptive and abrasive that a peaceful stay wasn't possible. I ended up cutting my stay short rather than spend more time there, and would suggest saving your money and peace of mind for another place. There was no hot water or working thermostat, and the rooms were in a continuing state of disrepair. The hosts showed no hospitality. The attractive online photos don't match the reality, which felt like a scam and a deliberate effort to lure unsuspecting guests. I also believe management writes its own positive Google reviews to cover up the problems. This place falls far below basic standards and is an unfortunate stain on hospitality.

Downtown St. Pete was a great base for our family gathering, with all the action close by and Central Ave within walking distance. We explored the area and found delicious Chinese restaurants, a foodie's dream. We tried all our favorite dishes, from dumplings to stir-fries. The apartment itself was amazing, modern but still cozy, with thoughtful details and comfortable furnishings. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. We were looking for the perfect place to host the gathering, and this really was it.
