All Towne Suites

The hotel is older and could use a few improvements, but it was clean, seemed well cared for, and worked out very well for us. We stayed six nights while visiting family. Everyone we met was friendly, and ?booja? was especially helpful when a few small issues came up; she got them handled as quickly as possible. There was a nice kitchenette and a large refrigerator. No breakfast buffet, though that seems reflected in the very reasonable rate. It’s handy for Ft Leonard Wood, restaurants, and Walmart. We pass through every year and would consider staying again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect before arriving, even with the good reviews and price, but the place and service turned out fantastic. The people who greeted me were so polite, and they kept my room in great shape. Thanks for making the stay such a good one. See you soon.

The Wi-Fi kept dropping about every 10 minutes and took several minutes to reconnect. My coworkers had the same trouble in their rooms throughout their stays. The room also had cleanliness issues: a used hand cloth was on top of the A/C, there was a questionable hair on the kitchenette floor, and what looked like mold was developing around the refrigerator doors. It wasn’t filthy, but it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I was there at All Town Suites for about a month on a work trip, and check-in took nearly three hours. The staff seemed poorly trained, and the manager was rude and walked away in the middle of the process while I was having difficulty. That made for a frustrating stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for business or leisure when there are cleaner, better managed options nearby.

Quiet, clean, and a comfortable bed, plus a little kitchen. For a reasonably priced room, this was one of the best stays I’ve had. The staff were very nice, and it’s family run. Gotta support family businesses.
