The breakfast was mediocre, though it was described as continental and that’s what it was. What made the stay poor was the room and the service. It was dirty and clearly hadn’t been dusted in a long time. The comforter had stains, even though the sheets were clean, and nobody came to clean during our two days. The trash piled up, and we had to ask the front desk for more towels. We’re not picky, but it just wasn’t a good stay. The employees all seemed like they wanted to quit. Nobody smiled or even greeted guests. I wouldn’t stay again. Other hotels cost about the same, so next time we’ll go somewhere else.

Our experience was awful. The room looked clean at first, but when we checked the bed there was hair everywhere, along with dust, and the pillows were stained. The bathtub was stained too. I’d suggest finding another place. If they fixed these problems, people could have a better experience here.

The room was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen for a very affordable price. Breakfast was included, and the front desk staff were friendly. But I’m giving it one star because the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed, as you can see in the photo, and the toilet wasn’t clean either. It had brown stuff inside. It was 10 pm and my wife and I were exhausted, so I just asked the desk for clean sheets and changed them myself. The next morning I was told the cleaning department had been struggling with staffing. That doesn’t make it okay to just straighten the sheets and call the room ready. If a room can’t be cleaned properly for a new guest, it shouldn’t be available to book. Just a heads-up for anyone planning to stay: if you do book, I’d call ahead and ask them to make sure the room is properly cleaned.

We booked a king suite, but it was filthy: pet hair and dead bugs everywhere, stained sheets, and a puddle of dried yellow liquid on the floor. The receptionist offered another room, but neither one was clean at all, so we left right away. We’d been promised a full refund, but later the manager went back on that and wanted to charge us for one night, even though we’d been there barely two hours before leaving because of the hygiene. Don’t put yourself through this.
