Unit 107 was the worst experience I've had at the Grand. If dust or mold bother you, or you have breathing problems or other conditions, this unit may not suit you. It's on the shaded side of the building and stays dark. There was clutter, worn furniture, fake plants, and a smell like grandma place. Check my pictures before paying. P.S. bring a hair dryer, one wasn't provided.

The beach gets more than a quarter mile wide at low tide, when the water recedes 8 feet. These are great beachfront condos at St. Simons Island, and every unit has an ocean view. The first floor is actually a level above the ground, with parking beneath the building. From first-floor balconies, stairs lead down to paths for the pool and beach.

The heated pool and hot tub were perfect, and I loved having a TV in every room. Our condo was beautiful and just right for my family over Thanksgiving, with the beach only a short walk away. I wish we were still there. I cried the whole drive back to KY, and I'm 36, no joke. St.Simons.holds a special place in my heart forever.

My teenage grandchildren had a wonderful time, and we'd definitely return to this lovely property. The pool area was lovely, the beach was stunning, and our roomy balcony gave us amazing ocean views. It's a long walk from the property to the ocean, though. My main issue was the distance from the single elevator in my wing to our unit. I have mobility issues, and the website's mention of “elevators” was a little misleading. That limited how much I could enjoy the property. The location is excellent.
