Miss Tameka at the front desk handled a small issue I raised with real professionalism, and she was incredibly friendly throughout. She represents Hilton very well and is a great example of customer focused service. The property was clean and well maintained, and the service overall was top notch. I had a really satisfying stay.

The rooms worked especially well for my family, with full kitchens, and we also enjoyed the many breakfast choices. The gym has everything you need for lifting and cardio. Lady Ja at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay, greeting us with a smile, sharing good town recommendations, and helping us find a place to store food for my sister’s wedding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and said hello with a smile. We'll definitely return to Home2Suites.

Two restaurants nearby were a plus. They were just okay, but filled us up. I skipped breakfast, so I can't say much about it. The room cleanliness was a letdown: grime around the faucets, a not very clean kitchen, coffee rings on the counter, and sheets that looked wrinkled, almost as if someone had slept in them. The ice bag also had red marks on it. Most of the staff were friendly, though a few weren't. I had yappy puppies, but they only barked in the lobby, not in the room or outside, and one person gave me a really nasty look without knowing me or the situation. At these hotels, I wonder if some employees are undocumented and live on the third floor, since everywhere I've stayed there's always a family above us, up and running at 5am.

The staff were friendly and great to deal with, and the location is convenient, just off I-95 and near everything you need. The room needs a little maintenance: one bathroom door screw was loose, and one bed had a broken base.
