Executive Inn & Suites

The room attendant was very rude and seemed to decide for herself whether she would clean the room. Twice, someone broke into my room. The owner's wife said he had gone to play golf, and he didn't bother coming to check. This has been the worst hotel I've stayed at so far.

The bedding and towels had stains, even though I watched staff put the used items in the washing machine. I wish they'd used more detergent so they came out fully clean. The office staff and housekeepers were patient, hardworking, and good people, and office staff helped with room cleaning and preparation too. As far as I knew, there was just one main housekeeper. During my short stay, it was quiet and felt safe, with people mostly keeping to themselves in their rooms or coming and going. My non-smoking room had no smell, but it got little natural light unless I moved the curtains or switched on the lights, as shown in my last photo.

I stayed here for a month with my son, and the people running the place were incredibly sweet and patient with me. When I could no longer afford the original price, they worked with me so I could keep paying a lower amount until I found a place in a shelter. They took good care of both of us, and I'm very thankful. If you need a clean, safe place to stay, come here.

I left early because the musty smell was unbearable, and I didn't want another run-in with the very rude man on site. Check-in itself was easy, though the man checking me in was so rude. There aren't any drinks or snacks on site, and he charged me for water and cans of Coke. It was cash only because, for some reason, he couldn't process my credit card. There were strands of hair around the room and on the towels. Though the room was labeled non-smoking, it smelled of smoke as well as mustiness, and someone had covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag. That seemed safe. In the bathroom there was also a lot of something that had dripped and built up. It looked like they changed the bedding and sheets, which had burns in them, and replaced the toilet paper before handing the room to the next guest.
