Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Quantico Stafford

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was fine, though it could use a refresh. My main issue was that the sheets and bedding seemed dirty every time they changed them. They need to do a better job removing stains and putting clean sheets on the beds.

The rooms, lobby, and hallways were clean, and the location worked well for me. At check-in, the manager on duty was professional, friendly, and attentive. It was a great stay, and I'd come back.

I'm hungry, and the man at the desk seems not to care. With the snow keeping food deliveries from coming, I asked what I could do, but he said he couldn't help. I even asked whether they could make another breakfast because of the circumstances, and he flatly said no. I have polio and had to beg him to bring in my luggage. I'm here because of the snow, and I've never been treated this way in my life. I just lost my husband, so I'm already feeling broken. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give.

The room was clean and nice, and staff were friendly. We only stayed one night to split up a trip, hoping not to need a breakfast stop in the morning. But there was hardly anything to eat: the three cereal containers were nearly empty, there was no milk, the danishes were gone, only two oranges were left, and there was no waffle batter. We weren't late, and when I asked, I was told they had nothing more. It's a pretty standard hotel, but breakfast needs some actual food.
