Hampton Inn Stafford/Quantico & Conference Center

Our reservation wasn't showing when we arrived, through no fault of the hotel. Ms. Martinez called the booking company, and they said it could take hours to sort out. She wouldn't leave us waiting and began arranging a room while they worked on the information. It eventually got resolved, but she went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Everyone on staff was very nice and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

Staff gave exceptional service, and the location worked fairly well for someone towing a trailer. Breakfast was amazing, and the bed was good, though it was clear someone had had some fun and the room hadn't been cleaned between stays. My final credit card bill was $25 more than the initial amount, and I don't know why.

After a ten-hour drive, we found the hotel just off the highway and were greeted pleasantly by staff. I had to remind them about my loyalty and ask for the bottled water that's usually offered. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The problem was that there was no hot water in either the shower or sink. I called the front desk repeatedly, but they only said they'd have someone check the pipes. I wasn't sure they understood that the water comes from a heater or boiler. I wondered if late housekeeping washing linens and towels had caused it, but there still wasn't hot water in the morning. It was very inconvenient, with no reasonable explanation or fix.

We brought our pets and stayed in a second-floor studio at Hampton Inn Stafford/Quantico, which worked really well for our travel needs. The grounds are suitable for pets too, and the staff serves a hot breakfast with plenty of choices. We're very grateful for the stay.
