Holiday Inn Express & Suites Stafford NW - Sugar Land by IHG

My 2.5 year old daughter initially didn't want to stay at Holiday inn Express Stafford because the entrance didn't look as good as the other hotel we'd tried. But the service, room, and staff were all so great, and Sandra at the counter was a real asset to the company. We'd definitely come back, and I highly recommend this place.

I travel a lot, but I've never tipped a hotel this much before. This place earned it. The staff, especially at the front desk, were attentive and wonderful, and I loved how diverse and genuine they were. The rooms were very clean and everything was close by. My only suggestion is to have bacon more often, since sausage every day can be a lot for guests staying longer. Otherwise, things were good. Thanks for the hospitality, and the manager should be proud of the team. I meant to leave this review a long time ago.

During two weeks at Holiday Inn Express Stafford NW - Sugar Land while my house was being remodeled, this became my next best place to be. Everyone was helpful and friendly, always greeting me and checking whether I needed anything. Sandra made me feel at home, and Marina's housekeeping was especially good, keeping things the way I liked for a longer stay. The room's bed was comfortable, and the furniture suited my needs, with a desk, luggage shelf, small fridge, and microwave. The fridge kept things really cold, which was especially useful over two weeks. The whole place was super clean. The lobby had a fresh scent, and I often saw staff mopping the floor and cleaning the windows. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix including yogurt and fruit. I also looked forward to the afternoon cookies and citrus drink, and the Wednesday mixers with food and drinks were lovely. That comfort, convenience, and friendly atmosphere helped me through a stressful home project and kept me smiling and relaxed. Thank you all for caring about my comfort. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and its staff.

It was a quiet, nice stay, and my niece loved both the pool and breakfast. The front desk team and everyone else were so welcoming and kind. The room smelled really strongly of smoke, but when I mentioned it, I think someone went in to freshen it up, which was thoughtful. The pool was temperature controlled, and we had it to ourselves for an hour, so my niece was thrilled. Thank you.
