The room was smaller than we’d hoped, and with three adults and two children, it would’ve helped to have a crib or pack-and-play for our infant son. Check-in was easy, and the property was quiet and comfortable. The standout was how the staff handled our son’s forgotten phone. We realized it was missing only after we were miles away. I called the next morning and described it, and the manager quickly told the owners. They went out of their way to find the phone and arrange to send it back. I paid over the phone, and it’s now on its way to us. I’m so grateful for their kindness and effort. Thanks again!

I’d been unsure about staying here after reading the reviews, but this was the cleanest, nicest Motel 6 I’ve stayed in. The night shift gentleman was so kind and helpful. It was a great place for me and my dog, and I’ll absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town.

There was no housekeeping, and they didn’t provide toilet paper or basic amenities. The pool, gym, and breakfast in the ads either weren’t there or weren’t working. The motel was poorly maintained and the atmosphere unpleasant. Management and customer service were terrible. The manager was unprofessional and made verbal threats. The property owner’s wife acted like she ran the place even though she isn’t the owner, and treated guests disrespectfully. The whole management team seemed more interested in throwing their weight around than helping guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this Motel 6 Quantico. There are better, safer, and more honest places nearby.

I talked to the owner, and he was really cool. He made things right, so it’s all good. Stuff happens, and I appreciate how he handled it. Before that, construction was going on late into the evening, until 9 pm. The front desk couldn’t tell me when it would finish, and I couldn’t get towels when I asked. The pool was closed in August, too.

Worst stay of my life. I called to talk to management, but the front desk clerk wouldn’t let me speak with anyone. Save your money and don’t stay here.
