The room was spacious, with a king-sized bed, warm colors, and a big TV with Netflix and other apps. The bathroom had dark tiles and a modern, unusual look, while the mini-fridge area was clean and simple. There was also an in-room coffee machine, a dryer, and good AC and heat. I liked warming up beside the indoor fireplace on the plush couches. Cozy! Jackie at the front desk took care of everything, and the staff were attentive and really nice. We had an issue with the breakfast voucher in our reservation, so make sure to book that ahead. After I showed proof of purchase, Jackie got us breakfast. I'm waiting for it to open now, and from the looks of it, it'll be a treat. I think I'll try one of the three quiches this morning. Yum!

We appreciated the bathrobes and little dining table in the room, and I was especially happy that the beds had double mattress covers. Valet parking worked well since we arrived after midnight and just wanted to go to bed. The property is modern, beautifully decorated, and impressive. It was an excellent weekend getaway and close to where we needed to be in Rye Brook, NY. The only concern was the thin walls. We could hear things from neighboring rooms, including toilets flushing, and conversations in the hallway came through clearly. Still, we had a pleasant stay and would choose this place again if we returned to the area.

Nico and Juan showed me what hospitality looks like during the big snowstorm on January 25. My car was completely buried, and they immediately brought a shovel and snowblower and dug me out. No hesitation, no acting like it wasn't their job. They treated me like family. Anyone can smile behind a desk, but stepping out in the cold to solve someone's problem says a lot about their character and pride in the work. The Lloyd feels like a warm boutique hotel, not a sterile chain. There are live sax players on Friday nights for a smooth, relaxed, grown-up vibe, and staff remember your name and seem to care. Sam and the whole team consistently make me feel welcome and valued. Whenever I'm in Stamford, The Lloyd is where I stay. It feels like coming home, and I don't shop around.

The room was tidy and just the right size for one person, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I even received a text asking if I needed anything. Since I'm from out of town and parking seemed hard to find, the $30 valet fee was worth it. I had a great stay.

Arturo Bermeo, the manager, gave excellent attention. The room was comfortable, everything was well maintained, and the staff were friendly throughout. This hotel exceeded my expectations and made our stay feel special.
