The paid Wi-Fi and lack of an elevator in a three-floor building were downsides, along with the reservation system. I booked three nights through the Wyndham system using points, then tried to add one more night after checking in. The hotel required a two-night minimum, so I couldn't extend by just one night. There weren't any rooms available for the second night anyway, and even the front desk couldn't manually process my one-night request.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and having a washer and dryer in the unit is always handy on vacation. The pots and pans were much better quality than we've seen elsewhere in a while. There are plenty of power outlets throughout, which you really appreciate if you've stayed somewhere with too few or awkwardly placed ones. The unit was super clean and functional. Wi-Fi costs extra, but the cell signal was good.

A friend booked this for us when we visited friends in Sacramento. The drive up was beautiful, and the resort was so peaceful, with spectacular views. The front desk staff were consistently kind, friendly, helpful, and informative. I'm glad I got to add this trip to my vacation.

The room was clean and nice, with a good view of the road. It had a fireplace and a full kitchen. The pool was closed because of the weather.
