The claimed ski-in, ski-out access is a complete lie. You'll have a hike to reach the trails, so don't rent here if that's what you're expecting.

DO NOT RENT SIERRA HANES UNIT 124! There was food and hair in the supposedly clean place, which was in AWFUL condition, and she won't refund me. Disgusting. Don't waste your money or time here, she's a scam artist!

The location is great, but the building is poorly managed and maintained. It's one of the oldest at Steamboat Resort and is reportedly due for demolition soon. The floor in our unit flexed and squeaked all over.

We were tourists who had gotten our reservation wrong, but Andi, Tammy, and Austin were absolutely delightful. I'd love to stay with them in the future!
