Eagleridge Townhomes 1455

The hot tub on the balcony was great, with a lovely view, and we could dry all our boots at once with the boot dryer in the garage. The shuttle came quickly and made getting to and from Steamboat for skiing easy.

The beds could be more comfortable, but the apartment was beautiful, homey, nicely decorated, and very clean. The couch was comfy, and we had what we needed for cooking and cleaning. There was basic cable, though the rods for opening the blinds were broken. The pool and hot tub were nice, and I loved having recycling and games. We could see a stream from our windows, and the walking trail was beautiful for photos. The staff was awesome. When my brother-in-law broke his glasses, they kindly let us know when the replacement pair arrived at the office. I also loved looking at the fur babies while we were away from ours. We saw bears, which was awesome. It was very quiet, and there were parking options. I’d definitely come back.

The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms all had plenty of room. We came for a quick getaway with the guys, but the broken AC made the place unbearably hot during a very hot week, so we couldn’t spend as much time there as we wanted. We called to have it fixed, but nobody could come while we were there. After days of trying to reach the property manager, we were offered only a 25% refund. One bathroom sink also drained poorly, and the turndown team came in early, before we were due to check out. The AC issue could have made this a five-star stay, but sleeping in the heat for the whole trip should have meant more than a 25% refund.

We rented house 1516, and it was a major disappointment for the price. There’s a long list I could mention, from advertised items that weren’t included to the lack of insulation throughout the home. Neither the driveway nor the garage could fit a standard pickup. The facility amenities, including the pool and hot tubs, are great, and the house worked for our family over the holiday, but we won’t return or book here again.
