Finding the hotel can be tricky. It's tucked off the interstate, and easy to miss if you're not using GPS. The staff were helpful and friendly, and when I mentioned a cleanliness problem after speaking with housekeeping, a woman came back with fresh, clean items and said she'd passed it on to management. My accessible room worked in most ways, but the bathroom had a regular tub rather than a walk-in shower.

I’d come back just for the breakfast. Roe was attentive, great at her job, and had a wonderful attitude, while cook Eder made everything taste good. Cora was great too and had a good attitude. At the Burger Theory restaurant, Chef J and Veronica on the night shift were helpful, the food was awesome, and the customer service overall was great.

We had a blast celebrating a milestone birthday here with family and friends. Mr. Tony King, the Director, worked with us on great pricing and made sure our concerns were handled. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. The kitchen supervisor, whose name I’ve forgotten, Chef Denzel, Ms. Angela, Ms. Tee, and the housekeeping supervisor all helped meet our needs. I gave four stars because there’s room to improve, but I’d absolutely recommend staying here or using the event space. Look for the staff I mentioned and they’ll take good care of you.

The location is why I gave it three stars, and even that feels generous. The rooms are extremely dated, and the lobby smells old. The front desk lady was nice, but charged me twice and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Nothing fancy here, just somewhere to sleep and shower. If you expect much from a hotel, go elsewhere.

Right off 75, so the location is perfect, and the staff were professional. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, but our assigned room needs attention. The carpet needs cleaning and deodorizing, the water only got lukewarm, and the fridge couldn't get food or drinks cold enough. We won't stay here on our next trip to the area.
