Mike at the front desk made check-in quick and easy. He was friendly and professional, and you could tell he cared about helping guests. At Studio 6 Suites Stockton (Waterfront), my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything worked. The bed was good for getting a night's sleep after a long day. For the price and location, I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable, low-stress stay in Stockton.

I was there for over a week and got very comfortable during my stay. The rooms were clean, and the grounds were kept in excellent condition. Staff made me feel welcome and were courteous when helping me. There are also a number of good places to eat nearby. I'd suggest this place to a friend or loved one.

Downtown is handy, with things to do nearby and the freeway entrance close by. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in stockton, and for the last 2 years this has been my go-to. The rooms are very clean, the shower has good pressure, and the AC and heater always work. Its wifi seems to have the strongest signal in town out of the hotels I've tried. I'd recommend it next time you're in town.

We booked 2 rooms for the night so we could walk to dinner and then to a comedy show at Adventist Arena (Jo Koy). It was great not having to deal with traffic or parking. The motel's been updated, the rooms were clean and had nice features, and the owners were pleasant. They even gave us bottles of water at check-in. Great location and value, highly recommend.

It's a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a central downtown area, and the employees had a positive attitude. I would've given it 5 stars for the quality at that price. But a friend came to visit today and said an employee questioned why he was there and whether he had a room. When he didn't want to share personal information, one of the employees started recording him. The way they harassed my guest made me uncomfortable staying there.
