Days Inn by Wyndham Atlanta Stone Mountain

The room was clean and smelled good, and the hotel is conveniently right off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, especially for the price. My stay was good, though the shower door kept sliding open and the water took a little while to heat up. I’d stay again and recommend it to others.

I’ve never seen rooms this disgusting. There were stains all over the walls, mildew at the bottom of the bed sheets, and dust everywhere. It seemed like nothing was wiped down and the sheets weren’t changed, since there was hair from previous guests and so much dirt that a wet towel came away solid black after I wiped the room. The showers and toilets never get cleaned. Everyone smokes in their rooms, too, so you can be sitting in your room and suddenly smell cigarette smoke. When you ask the guy for amenities, he argues about why you need them.

The room was quiet and clean, and parking was good. The staff were very friendly. It was cold even with the heat set to the highest temperature, and none of the rooms had a separate sitting area.

The room and location were decent for the price, but the front desk staff were very rude and made me not want to stay there. I paid $78, then was charged $90 with no explanation. The two ladies at the front with glasses were especially rude. I won’t be back.
