The warm pool and comfortable bed were the only good parts of this stay. The hotel badly needs updating. Hallway ceilings leaked, and there was no ice in the machine. My key wouldn't open the outside hotel door, then stopped working after the first day even though we had booked two nights. The shower was cold on day two. In the room, the ceiling fan had no pull string so we couldn't turn it off, the bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling, and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. The jacuzzi wasn't working in any of the rooms, but they wouldn't lower the price.

My family and friends spent two nights here, and it was a horrible experience. The place looked nothing like the online photos and smelled disgusting. The rooms were filthy, the ceiling was stained, moldy, and falling down, and the hallways were so long and dark they had no lights. There were roaches in the hotel. On Saturday there was a teenager Parr going on, with a strong smell of weed. Some people chose to stay somewhere else and didn't get their money back. The manager/owner was rude and disrespectful, and seems to care only about money. Please don't book this place, especially if you have kids. Shady owner!

We left almost immediately after checking in, but the hotel refused to return our security deposit even though we never stayed there. The place was disgusting, from the smelly lobby and dirty halls to the room and even the dirty key card. Within five minutes we saw lots of hair on the bed and bathroom tub, mold and holes in the walls, dirty sheets and carpets, and a bad smell. We asked for a refund, but they refused and wouldn't let us speak to a supervisor. They offered a better room, which was worse: roaches crawling on the walls and inside the mini fridge. We ran out and demanded our money back again, but they still refused a refund or a supervisor. For the next two weeks, they told us to deal with expedia even though we had paid in person. Calls were met with rudeness and hang-ups. We took videos of the roaches and mold and are still fighting with the property. Dishonest, greedy, untrustworthy business with no integrity. Keep your money and your sanity. Don't book here, even for free. I repeat, this place is a scam!

I stayed here before and it was great, so I booked again for a weekend in Pennsylvania. This time was the worst experience ever. They put me on the second floor, which was nothing like the first-floor rooms. It seemed they'd renovated only downstairs. The ceiling on the way up had water damage, and smelled of mold mixed with curry. In the room, there was mold and water damage above the bed, mold in the bathroom, an awful smell, missing dresser drawers, dirty mirrors, and dead and live roaches on the wall. They moved me, but the second room was worse, with a broken entrance door lock and missing ceiling panels. The manager was rude when I waited at the desk to speak with him. The main-floor bar was full of crackheads and dope addicts, and as I walked to my car, two women were smoking crack by the dumpsters. There's definitely illegal stuff going on here. They refused to refund my one night. This place is trashy, and it must have been sold or changed management, because it was nothing like my first stay. Don't book here. They even had the nerve to tell me I should have read reviews before booking, LMFAO.
