Holiday Inn Express & Suites Racine by IHG

The room and property were clean, quiet, and safe, and breakfast was okay, with warm eggs, sausage, gravy, oatmeal, and more. My husband was traveling for work as an OTR driver, and fortunately there was room in the lot for his semi with trailer. If the lot had been full, parking that rig wouldn't have been possible. I'd only recommend the parking for a box truck or bobtail. The desk clerk was okay at check-in but didn't give much information. We had a good stay overall.

We were here for a work trip with my fiancée. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was amazing. Best shower I've had in a hotel, too. My hair didn't feel strange after washing it, which usually happens to me at hotels.

On December 13th, I had a horrible experience with the front desk manager over my reservation. I had booked for a whole month and explained that I couldn't check in one night but could arrive the next day. She canceled the entire stay anyway, then hung up as soon as she had done it. When I called back, she didn't help arrange the rest of my monthly stay. I called a fourth time asking for a manager and got the same woman, who abruptly told me, "you can find another hotel to stay at". I was left without a room for the rest of the month, far from home and family. She was rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative, and I hope she doesn't treat every guest this way.

Becca, the Assistant Regional Manager, was so enthusiastic and helpful when I called to ask about a wedding block. She sold us on it, and we're looking forward to spending our wedding weekend there. Thanks for the help!
