Days Inn and Suites Stuttgart

The room and bathroom were clean, but the heater didn't work when it was 29 degrees outside, and we were told the fully booked hotel had no other rooms. That came after a miserable late-night check-in, so a clean room couldn't make up for the lack of basic amenities or how unhelpful and unprepared the staff seemed for late arrivals. After an 11-hour drive, we spent nearly 40 minutes at the desk and I finally paid cash just to get a room. I had booked knowing we'd arrive around 2-3 AM, told the hotel in advance, and called to confirm, but once we arrived, nothing went smoothly. The older man at the front desk spoke very little English and seemed to be following instructions from a woman checking us in remotely by phone. She didn't give her name and was rude and unprofessional, and communication was nearly impossible. She told me to swipe my card. The pin pad showed approved, but she said it was declined and wanted me to try again. I refused without proof because I didn't know who she was or what system she was using. She printed a receipt, apparently from wherever she was logged in, tried again, and said it was denied. Our friend tried his card too, and she said that one was denied as well. It seemed clear to me the problem was their system, not our cards. This stay wasn't worth the stress. If I pass through again, I won't stay here.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart ar!

Everything was clean, organized, and well managed. The managers were very friendly, and I'd happily stay here again.

The beds give me great support and comfort despite my back problems. I wake up able to move around, which makes a big difference. The kind couple who runs the hotel also keeps it very clean and comfortable. It's the best in the area for me, and I WILL NOT STAY ANYWERE ELSE when I’m in town.
