I was more satisfied than I expected for the price, though I wouldn’t stay again because of what happened on checkout day. When I called to reserve, they told me I could stay until noon because of my train. That wasn’t true. At 11:10, someone called my room and told me to leave. I waited in the lobby for my ride in a spot that seemed clear, though the woman at the desk couldn’t see me. She came out and talked about me in a really rude way. That was the part I truly disliked. During the stay, the TV worked and my room was fine. The beds were decent, but after a day I realized they don’t change the sheets. I assume they would if they were really nasty. The tub had some scum that could’ve been removed easily. The pool and hot tub were both working, though they should empty them and get some of the stains out. The AC kept running whatever setting I chose unless I unplugged it.

The back entrance doesn’t lock, so there’s no real security. During the three days I was here, nothing seemed to get cleaned. There were cigarette butts all over the property, several bugs in my room that I killed, including a wasp, and the bed foundation was stained all the way around. The toilet also wouldn’t flush properly. The photos of the rooms and exterior are misleading. The building outside isn’t even the same color as in the pictures, so who knows how old those photos are. This place is absolutely filthy and needs to be shut down and renovated. I tried to post pictures but couldn’t. Take the reviews seriously and don’t stay here.

The rooms were clean, the AC worked great, and after hiking around Silver Falls, the pool and hot tub were a real relief. A big thank-you to the woman at the desk for making our stay so nice. She greeted us with a huge smile and was very, very pleasant. My friends and I stayed at other motels that weekend and didn’t have as pleasant an experience with anyone as we did with her.

Customer service was decent, though there were passive-aggressive signs all over the place. There was also a mirror behind the desk with a different hotel name on it. When we asked, staff said that was the old name from ten years ago. The place has an indoor pool and hot tub, but the pool isn’t heated and the hot tub isn’t really hot either. The rooms felt dated, and several things were broken, including the fridge, bathroom rack, and microwave. It was dirty too, with lots of dust on the bed frames and holes in the comforter and blackout shade. If you plan to have an extra person come over, they have to be within the guest limit for the room or you can’t go do anything.
