I stayed there for more than three months. Some staff were good about taking my payment after work when I was in a rush. Then, on a day I hadn’t paid yet, they threw all my belongings in the trash, even though I was going to pay as soon as my paycheck came, like I had before. I went back two days later to get my pets, and one was at the pound. They told the pound I didn’t want any of them, but nobody had even called me. Ms Melinda kicked me out and never told me there’d be fees for extra animals. If I’d known, I would’ve paid. Now I’ve lost my clothes, tablet, and everything else. State laws are supposed to require them to keep your belongings.

They denied my reservation after I’d paid through a third party, then charged me twice. At checkout they kept my $100 deposit because my vehicle had broken down and I was a little late. There was no breakfast in the morning, and the front desk was rude and hard to deal with. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. They suck!!! No stars from me.

I’m disappointed and disgusted. There was hair all over our sheets, pillows and blankets, and the staff were rude. We had to get our own sleeping supplies from the store and clean the room ourselves. There was mold everywhere, plus hair and dirt in the bathtub. The toilet seat had urine and other stuff all over it.

We were in town for a funeral, and the location worked out great, close to Lake Charles casinos and lots of places to eat. The room was clean, the bathroom was roomy, and the front desk staff were helpful and polite.

Getting here from I-10 was easy. The place was clean, with restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores nearby. Bringing my dog was no hassle.
