The room was older, but that didn't bother us. It was spacious and clean, with a fridge and microwave. The water took a bit to warm up, then was fine. Check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the desk was very nice. It's right on the highway, with a Dairy Queen next door. Good for a quick night, and we'd stay again.
Breakfast was good, with waffles you could make yourself and chocolate chips or sprinkles, plus yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, juice, and coffee. No eggs or meat, though. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for an overnight stop on our way through. Shower pressure was lacking, but the updates and space were GREAT.
After a long day of traveling, we just needed somewhere to sleep, and the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the price right. What stood out was the staff, who were genuinely friendly, kind, and helpful. Thank you for being so kind.
Miss Tiff checked us in during the overnight shift and was really friendly, as was the rest of the staff. It's a nice little spot right off the 19 for a night, and breakfast was pretty decent for the price. I'd definitely stay again.
The highway noise was an issue despite the good location. It got quieter late at night, then started up again around 5 am. The rooms feel tired and dark, with very little lighting, and could really use a renovation. I was disappointed that breakfast had no protein options like eggs, sausage, or bacon.
