The front desk staff were so unprofessional and unhelpful that I’d give zero stars if I could. They refused to shorten my stay and insisted they had no choice but to charge the full price. They blamed Expedia, which tried contacting the hotel, but the woman at the desk told them directly that they wouldn’t change the reservation. The hotel wasn’t clean and the area didn’t seem great either. Comfort Inn is cheaper and actually cares about customers. I can’t stress enough how terrible this experience was. Don’t book here.

Someone needs to explain to the staff that companies can book rooms for employees. They also shouldn’t be calling guests in the middle of the night with basic questions they should have learned during training. I do not recommend this place.

I was there for an hour before the filth made me leave. Black hairs were everywhere, and I have red hair, so they definitely weren’t mine. The place was disgusting enough to make my skin crawl. When I asked for a refund, the manager on duty verbally attacked me. People were hanging around outside, chain-smoking and doing drugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If negative stars were possible, I’d leave them.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. The jacuzzi suite was just right, with a comfortable bed and everything clean. Shops, restaurants, and a gas station are conveniently close by.

The room itself was nice, but the hot tub jets barely worked and the smoke alarm was missing. The pillows on the king bed were only half-sized. Our dog also found some kind of bone lying on the floor.
