The location was great, the staff were friendly, and canceling was straightforward. They also kept my room even when all the others were taken, and I didn’t run into the overbooking others mentioned. Those things earned it two stars, because the room itself was awful. The toilet was so disgusting that I used public washrooms, and bugs were flying around. It smelled bad, too. I bought both spray and plug-in air fresheners, but neither helped. I’d planned to stay for weeks and ended up canceling. Only stay here if you can put up with the condition of the room.

The first room was filthy. Spiders came out from under the stove, there was gum on the walls, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in years. They gladly moved us, and the next room was better, though still run down with disgusting floors. I’d rate the cleanliness zero out of 10,000. The kitchen had no supplies, so we walked to the front desk for dishes and silverware since nobody answered the phone. The dishes they gave us were dirty, and the AC unit was disgusting too. This is unacceptable for an extended stay hotel. Please do better.

I used to stay here for work, but I won’t return. I ended my reservation early after they let me down for the fifth time. There wasn’t a consistent cleaning schedule, and I once went three weeks without fresh sheets or towels, so I started washing them myself in the property’s machines. Oddly, that was when they’d come clean the room. Staff repeatedly said they’d bring towels or clean “this weekend,” but didn’t follow through. The last time, I stayed out all Saturday because I was told the room was scheduled to be cleaned, then came back to find no new linens. They arrived the next day while I was trying to rest before work. The place is dirty overall. I think there’s mold, and later I noticed the stuff under the sink, which helped me decide to leave. Being so close to Google and other companies hasn’t led to improvements.

It’s in a great spot near lots of things, but the room was barely serviceable. Our dog found an old bag of chips and other little bits under the bed and started eating them. We’d booked two nights, but left after the first.
