The parking lot was big enough for a morning run, and the spot itself was quiet and convenient. I stopped for one night on a road trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was okay.

We stayed in December 2024 for our trip on the Polar Express on the Potomac Eagle Railroad, and the hotel was decorated for the season. Our room was clean and well cared for, and the price worked well for our family. We loved it and would stay again if we're in the area.

The Christmas room was fantastic, with lights everywhere and a fully decorated tree. They gave it to us after seeing we had boys aged 6 and 9. We were in town overnight for the nearby Potomac Eagle train ride. At breakfast, my boys ate a lot, so the staff promptly brought out more food. Highly recommend!

The check-in and reservations were very good, and there was hardly any outside noise. I could definitely hear the TV in the next room, though. The king bed felt more like a queen, and there was only one nightstand, but I used a chair for the other side. For $169 a night, this place doesn't feel worth it. The breakfast was what I'd expect at a $59 motel. The TV is small for the room, though the channel selection is very good. I'd say the room should be $99 a night at most. It's not a bad place.

The decorated Grinch room was a fun surprise for my kid, and the whole hotel looked beautifully decorated for Christmas. Check-in was friendly. Breakfast was very small, but nice for a quick grab. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
