At 5 am I went to use the bathroom assigned to me, which is detached and across the upstairs hallway, and found it locked. It had a keypad, but nobody told me I’d need a code. The codes for my room and the front door didn’t work, and there was no one around to contact. This is unacceptable for paying guests.

Really great service. Everything we needed to get ready in the morning was available.

The bed was so comfortable that I looked forward to coming back every night for a good sleep. I’m from the Bahamas and was here on a last-minute business trip. SAWGRASS is next door, so dinner and shopping were close by. This is definitely my go-to AIR B AND B for 2025.

Both of my stays here have been amazing, and this was my second time. J was a great host, always attentive to what I needed. The room and bathroom were neat and exceptionally clean, and the location was convenient with everything I needed nearby. I loved staying here both times and will definitely return when I need a place.

They advertised this as a hotel, but it was actually a house with a few rooms. We couldn’t get through the gate using the code they gave us. When I called, she said there was no reservation, and it was clear she didn’t speak English. I kept calling, but no one answered.
