Comfort Inn & Suites

The breakfast was a nice surprise: the eggs were powdered, but the waffles were great and the rest was good too. The rooms felt fairly new and were very clean. You can tell management cares about what guests think. This is the nicest Best Western I’ve stayed at, and I’d happily come back.

The suite had plenty of room, including a living area, but the TV there only got one channel. The others kept pixelating or had no signal, though the bedroom TV worked fine. There was no body wash in the shower either, just an empty bottle. The worst part was the train horns at 1:15a, 5:20a, and 5:45a. As diamond members, we expected more from this location, room 302 Dec 11th. Next time we’ll avoid this BW, even if it means staying farther from our destination.

The manager really made an impression, she clearly cares whether you enjoy staying here. I was here for a little over a week, and everything felt first class: the place was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was ready on time every day. Thanks to all of them for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

I’ve been here about half a dozen times, and the rooms have a great layout, are very clean, and come with friendly staff. I did run into a room issue on this last visit, but Kristi, the front desk manager, handled my concerns wonderfully. She’s earned my future business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
