My husband and I paid $370 for one night out, and the service was horrible. The toilet wouldn't flush when we arrived, and we had to call someone to fix it twice in the same day. I was horrified to have to ask for a second repair. I didn't want to cross my fingers that it wouldn't happen again, and I didn't trust staying any longer after being told they were sold out for the night. The manager told me I'd get a refund the next day, but after I spoke with them, they refused. Who pays $370 for a room without a working toilet? Things happen, but they made no effort to make it right, which made the experience worse. You don't deserve stars!

You have been warned, don't stay here. I booked at one rate, then weeks later, right before travel, they called to say they'd raise it by several hundred dollars because it was high season and the hotel had made a mistake on the lower rate. I explained that I wouldn't have booked if I'd known they'd change the price, but by then there were no other hotels available. Complete swindlers at this hotel.

Work brings me here, and the location makes the stay easy. There’s a new shopping center nearby with plenty of places to eat, and the freeway is close too. Really nice place.
