The town was easy to get around, and the hotel was close to plenty of restaurants, Walmart, and anything else we needed. We chose it because of the location for my husband's Spring Training games. The room was clean, the employees were soooo nice, and breakfast was honestly the best we've ever had at a hotel. Surprise AZ really was a pleasant surprise.

This Hampton Inn checks all the boxes for me: clean rooms, a delicious breakfast, and an EV charging station that actually works. The staff were great, and I appreciated the late checkout and how ready they were to help. I also love being able to talk with a Hilton employee about travel and visits to other Hilton family hotels. Shout out to Paula, Lindy, and Mara. I'll stay here again!

The breakfast surprised me, it was delicious and had lots of options. It's a Hampton inn, so there's not much to say: the room was basic but clean, and the beds were comfortable. The morning and night front desk crews were both friendly and helpful.

The complimentary drinks and snacks during my late September 2025 stay were a lovely extra, especially when so many hotels and businesses seem focused on getting more out of you. The place was clean and comfortable too. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. Thanks to the staff and management at this Hampton Inn.

This is an older value hotel that could use renovation, and the carpets looked nasty. We had a rough check-in at first because the person was new, and our room had a strong stench. We came back downstairs, where a more experienced lady checked us in; she was nice, acknowledged my status, and gave us a free upgrade. They don't have king rooms. On the second day, I asked the front desk for water and was told it was only free at check-in and that I should buy some. It wasn't a big deal, but it felt weird since they had a big pack of water they were giving out.
