The front desk team, especially Ian and the woman with glasses and a ponytail, were helpful and good humored, and breakfast was good. This was our second or third visit, and the room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Tania and housekeeping also took extra care to clear out leftovers previous guests had left in the mini fridge and bring us more towels and washcloths. The shower pressure was a little weak, which I suspect may be related to energy efficiency. Some berries with the cereal and waffles would have been a nice addition.

We’d stay here again. Breakfast had a good selection, including cheese omelettes, sausages, bagels, breads, cereal, oatmeal, and a waffle station. The fitness room had treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike, and a range of weights, plus a water cooler, and it was kept at a comfortable cool temperature. Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and it had charging ports, plugs, and a large flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the bathroom outlet’s built-in night light, so there was no need to switch on the bright main light at night. It’s a bit of a drive to Destiny mall and downtown, though Trader Joe’s is nearby.

After our second day of a three-day stay, Darlin serviced the room but left no fresh towels, bath mat, coffee, cups, or trash bag. My husband had to go downstairs to get those things himself. When I brought it up at checkout, Devon Mullen was rude and condescending. She said the cleaning staff is very good and never gets complaints, then told me not to make assumptions. I expected a smile and a “hope you enjoyed your stay,” but instead she argued with me about my complaint. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area. I’d look elsewhere.

The warm pool was the main reason I booked this place for my son’s fifth birthday stay, and I was glad it was comfortable for swimming. The staff were nice, and being right across from Chuck E. Cheese worked well for us too.

We came back for a second stay and had another enjoyable visit. The staff are super friendly, the common areas are clean and welcoming, and the bathroom was unbelievably clean. Our bed was very comfortable, and the towels were soft. I like the indoor pool and exercise room, and the dining area is great. Breakfast was fine, and the seasonal decorations are a fun touch. The location is convenient for everything, so we’ll definitely return.
