The house is magnificent, especially the stained glass, detailed woodwork, and beautiful veranda. I’d suggest having breakfast out there. The staff felt more like friends, and Robert was such a gracious host that I’d happily share a meal with him any day. A beautiful place with lovely people. I’d recommend it and stay again.

Our flight was cancelled, so we needed an extra night in Syracuse. Robert Gutierrez came back to the airport to pick us up and offered us a great deal for the additional stay. He and his staff had already been incredibly gracious and helpful, picking us up at the airport and taking care of everything we needed. This family-run B&B is a beautifully renovated historic mansion near downtown and Syracuse University. Our suite was beautifully decorated, and the whole place felt like something from a novel. The breakfasts were lovely and delicious too. We’ll stay there again whenever we’re in Syracuse.

The carriage house room was huge, and the 36 room house was gorgeous. Our host was delightful, and breakfast was so generous and good that I couldn’t finish it. A great experience. I’ll be back on another trip.

Breakfast was fantastic, and both staff members we met were personable and helpful. The room was excellent, though the light switches were in slightly inconvenient spots. The location made it easy to drive anywhere in town while staying far enough from downtown to avoid too much nighttime noise. We had a very good stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.
