The room was clean when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. We booked two rooms a few days before coming for a family event. Check-in took about 10 minutes because the staff member was helping on another floor, which was fine. The suites have kitchen areas, a nice feature if you want to prepare meals or stay longer. The bedroom area felt a bit smaller than expected and could be tight for more than two people, but overall it was a very nice room, with a good bathroom layout and great breakfast. Looking forward to coming back to this newer hotel.

I spent about four weeks here back to back for work and would happily recommend it. The staff were sweet and accommodating throughout. It’s tucked away from the noisy, busy highway, but still close to lots of restaurants. This is my new go-to when I’m in the area.

We picked this newer hotel as a base for Busch Gardens. It’s near the airport, but the park is only about a 20-minute drive away, and we got better value than the pricier places in Williamsburg proper. The property sits among residential houses, which made for a quiet stay, and there were plenty of sidewalks for a morning run. The room had useful lighting, a functional kitchenette, and soft beds with multiple pillow types to suit different preferences. The gym was surprisingly spacious for a hotel and had a good range of equipment. The lobby looked sleek and had helpful local information. Breakfast was a family highlight, with friendly morning greetings, a waffle station with chocolate chips and strawberry sauce, and more protein-focused choices. When our TV stopped working, the maintenance tech was proactive and honest about what he could do. He offered to move us right away, but we declined to avoid the hassle. The main disappointment was the room’s hard floors. At eye level the property looked sleek and clean, but the floor felt a little grimy under bare feet, so the cleaning approach for that surface could use a review. The outdoor grill area was well maintained and better than a typical hotel patio. For theme park visitors, it offers good value compared with the Williamsburg premium. Families who want a good gym and breakfast may like it, though I’d pack house slippers. We’d consider staying again.

A brand new hotel and a real gem. The service was great. Hana at the front desk was helpful with everything and went above and beyond, and Cally in the kitchen was just as helpful and made a great breakfast.
