The little spaces to sit and unwind all felt thoughtfully arranged, and the roomy lodging gave us plenty of space to relax. We loved the pond, especially the unexpected visitor there. The grounds were peaceful to walk around, and at night the carefully placed lights made everything feel magical. The hilltop setting means there are striking views in every direction, with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy them. The grounds were beautiful and clearly very well maintained. We also got to meet the owner, who was warm and welcoming, and the food was perfect. Hearing that Paschal Winery is among the area's oldest vineyards made our stay feel even more special. We came across Paschal Winery through Harvest Hosts during a last-minute trip, and it went beyond what we expected. The natural setting and all the care put into the property made for a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

We first heard about this lovely winery through Harvest Host. Rory was a gracious host and knew a lot about the wines. We only tried the reds, and really liked the Syrah and Pinot Noir in particular. We plan to come back the next time we're in Oregon.

Our first visit to Paschal Winery was such a welcoming one, thanks to Rory and the team. The overnight setting was so peaceful, and we had a fantastic dinner with top-tier wine. A lovely place to stay in Southern Oregon if you're after somewhere quiet, accommodating, and delicious.

A pleasant spot for Harvest Host parking, with a nice place beside the pond to sit and sample the wines. There were two swans in the pond when we visited. Highly recommend.

We tried the bread with oil and balsamic, plus the chicken skewers with sweet chili sauce. Both were excellent and nicely presented. There was food available in-house as well as a food truck for the event. The venue is gorgeous, with seating on the first floor, up on the second floor and balcony, and plenty of open air seating by the pond with swans.
