The rooms are comfortable, and the property has been quiet and clean on both of my visits. The customer service is consistently top notch, and it feels family run, like they really care about guests. For what I paid, it was better than I expected. The rooms do smell a little musty, so keep that in mind if you have allergies or sensitivities. I’ve had a good experience overall and plan to stay again when I’m back in town.

Our high school coach brought the team here for two nights for the state meet, booking more than 10 rooms. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and management opened breakfast early for us even though they didn’t have to. Great team.

There have been a lot of updates to the property, and my room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Check-in was quick and efficient. Gee (Patel) at the front desk was wonderful and made me feel appreciated.

The rooms are nice for the price, with very soft towels, plenty of them, comfortable beds, and lots of pillows. The fridge has good space, the closet is roomy, and the location is convenient. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, but they sometimes miss details. I had to repeat myself several times, and different employees gave conflicting information, including about when eggs would be available. Please write things down, share the same information with everyone, and remember what returning guests like. Housekeeping is required every three days, which may work for short stays but can be inconvenient if you don’t need service. Explain the policy at check-in, or do a visual check instead. One floor took over three hours to service, and a door and cart were left unattended for more than 30 minutes with nobody cleaning. It looked unsafe. There was also some rust on the bathroom door frame, so rooms need regular inspections and small repairs. I was next to a family with three kids who were stomping around at midnight. Parents can be negligent, and I hated the noise. Consider putting pets, families with kids, and other guests on separate floors. Quiet hours at 10 or 11 p.m. should be enforced too. One guest was yelling on her phone late at night, and quick hallway checks could help keep things peaceful. Managers should inspect rooms and make sure upkeep is happening, since guests notice when it’s neglected.
