I’ve stayed here many times for work, and breakfast used to be a great experience after the kitchen staff changed. Now, a tall Jamaican woman with an accent makes negative remarks about guests. I’ve heard her sighing and calling on the Lord’s name as if the job is stressful and guests are making it harder. Her behavior makes breakfast uncomfortable, and she may be responsible for cleanup. I come to town hoping to relax and have the breakfast that’s offered; I don’t want to overhear kitchen workers or managers commenting on guests or see body language directed at them. This is unpleasant, mainly because of that woman, and I hope the feedback is taken seriously.

We were out of the room a lot for a road trip to a hockey game, so this place worked really well for us. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, the staff were pleasant and friendly, and I liked the breakfast selection enough to come down a couple of times a day. A simple, wonderful stay.

The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom floor and shower had hairs, and the bed was quite hard with a very thin comforter. The grounds were clean and well kept, even though driving into the location felt a little strange. The front desk attendant was amazing and helpful, so overall it was a good experience.

Arnie at the front desk has always treated us like family. He’s friendly and professional, and really shows hospitality and sincerity. We’ve stayed here for many years during college football season, and the rooms and grounds are consistently clean. Whenever an issue has come up, it’s been resolved quickly.
