I’ve lived here about five months. I rented sight unseen when I moved across the country for a job, and accidentally landed on the best value in the best part of town. The crowd is young and professional, and the nearby bars, restaurants, and grocery stores are modern and fun. The building is nicer than the rent would suggest. Friends in neighboring units pay $500-$1,000 more for what is literally the same place. Joyce, my favorite apartment mate and the woman in the front office, lives here too. She sends reminders about the rules and keeps everyone in line and the property looking nice. The cleaning crew is out nearly every day, making it feel like a nice hotel. The pool crew cleans the awesome guitar-shaped pool and three BBQ grills every day. This place is nicer than the homes I rent out. If I had to name a downside, dogs live here and sometimes their owners suck, but the grounds crew quickly takes care of accidents. I love it here. Move here, you won’t regret it.

I love living here. The apartment homes are wonderful, with floor plans that are the best value in Downtown. The property is clean, the location is convenient, and I love the valet trash service. The property management team is kind and pleasant too.

Daryll B. went above and beyond to help us sort out things that were wrong with the apartment complex. He was incredibly helpful and gave great customer service, which deserves recognition. Ronnell also helped me with an issue in my apartment. He gave me a lot of useful advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. He’s always a great help.

The AC in my unit was back up within an hour. I put in a request at 4 pm, and Ronnell came by almost right away with Chris. They got it fixed quickly. Really awesome, timely service from both of them!

I wouldn’t recommend living here. The kitchen and amenities look more updated in the pictures than they are, and our AC has quit several times in the middle of summer. They’ve also entered our apartment without notice. Garage cleaning dates are scheduled, but the work never seems to happen on time. We moved our cars when asked and still had them towed, with no reimbursement. The leasing office is hard to reach, and packages have been stolen. We caught that on camera too.
