The place is quiet, the location is exceptional, and it's a real gem. But the staff are the best part. Everyone has been so friendly and nice. Tammie and Alicia were especially helpful when I checked in with a large group of workers. They went out of their way to get all of us checked in and sorted out with parking. It was an exceptional experience, and they made a big difference.

We were glad we picked this hotel for our event at the Hard Rock. It's just off I75 in a nice corporate park setting, and the area was quiet. The hotel was very clean and the front desk service was great. We took an Uber to and from the Hard Rock, only an eight-minute drive, so it was super convenient. The water pressure here was amazing, too.

It's extremely quiet, and the location is handy for I-75, I-4, and the Hard rock casino. Good for locals as well as people passing through. The hotel has been recently renovated, with clean, bright, spacious rooms that include a coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, and ironing board. There's a small but adequate bar and restaurant in the lobby, serving breakfast and dinner. The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I'll be back!

The location's a little out of the way for restaurants and bars, though the hotel has both. The rooms, lobby, and other facilities were in excellent condition, and the service was excellent too. I'd definitely stay here again.

The bar stayed open past closing both nights we were there. Sharli was great and really accommodating with everything we needed. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Trish at the front desk was very friendly.
