The hotel was good value, with an updated, quiet, clean room. They honored our request for a first-floor room because stairs are difficult for us; there’s no elevator. Breakfast was basic. Troy from Veteran's Limo Service drove us from the airport and provided great service. He also offered transport to the cruise dock for $10 per person. We’d already bought transfers from the cruise to the airport, but his limo service does that too for $12. I would have booked it if I’d known.

Our room was clean and very quiet, even though we were near the airport, and there’s a nice pool area. The hotel is older and could use some updating. The hallway past the check-in desk smelled like the carpet needed cleaning.

I keep choosing this place before or after flights from Tampa, Fl airport. It’s welcoming and clean, right down to the AC air filters, which I do check. My dog and I had a comfortable, relaxing room, and I like being able to walk to restaurants and malls. The location works really well for us. I only wish breakfast had more sugar-free options.

The price was fair, and I had a positive stay in a clean room at a nice hotel. It’s close to both the airport and cruise port. The location is only okay, though: there’s not much within walking distance, and the view is just parking lots and fences. Breakfast isn’t anything special, but it’s enough to get you started.

The room itself was fine, and the location is definitely good, but I didn’t think the price was justified. This is a motel with exterior-entry rooms, despite having a brand name attached. Check-in took about half an hour while staff confirmed no one else would be in my room, apparently an issue for other guests that night. Around checkout at 11 AM, they put the lobby chairs on top of the tables, seemingly to discourage people from staying there. Late checkout costs extra, too.
