Quality Inn Tampa Airport - Cruise Port

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn, and Linda at breakfast deserves a special mention. She was attentive, respectful, and genuinely kind. With a warm smile, she checked on guests, made sure everything was stocked, and did a lot to help everyone feel welcome. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work. She made our morning better, and the hotel is lucky to have her!

Tiffany gave me lots of helpful ideas for things to see around Tampa, and Kris was great from check-in through the rest of my stay. She was friendly and had answers for all my questions. Linda made breakfast feel welcoming, too. The gym is small but useful, and breakfast was included. My room was clean and had been updated, and I felt safe traveling alone. It was also affordable. I extended my stay, and Paul and the front desk made that easy. Jamar even came through with a last-minute request. I stayed over New Year's and would come back when I'm in Tampa. Hard to beat for the price.

Linda in the kitchen area was kind and ready to help, and I appreciated getting a ride to the cruise terminal for $10. The room was on the ground floor, which suited me, and it was clean, stocked with towels, and had shower dispensers. There was an odor, though. I also liked that the $100 deposit could be paid in cash or by card. The hotel had no airport shuttle, so I paid for an Uber. Breakfast was disappointing to me: I didn't care for the powdered eggs or sausages, and since waffles aren't really my thing because of the processed carbs, I had yogurt and a banana. They had free sweet tea and cookies, maybe for the holidays. I'd rate the place and service 5.5/10. For a one-night stay like mine, it was worth it.

Linda and Trish made breakfast a nice start to each day, greeting us with real warmth and good manners. We had some problems with the room at first, but the staff sorted them out quickly. Manager Maurice Wallace stayed involved and handled things efficiently, with a friendly attitude. We stayed at the Quality Inn Airport – Cruise Hotel in Tampa, Florida, and had a comfortable, enjoyable visit. Thanks to the whole team.
