For an upscale hotel, the price wasn’t super upscale. The place was nicely decorated, and every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Brittany in the lounge area was especially friendly and engaging in conversation. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend stopping in for a stay.

Check-in was smooth and early, and our room was clean and spacious. My husband and I spent last weekend here and had a wonderful time. The bed was comfortable, though I would’ve liked the chairs to have a little more cushioning. Water pressure was great, but water got onto the floor and made it a bit slippery. The fridge was a good size, and we had a microwave and coffee pot. Breakfast service was my main criticism. There were only four or five tables occupied, yet our food seemed to take forever. It was decent, but a bit overpriced and bland, and our waitress was very slow and inattentive. A pleasant stay overall, though some parts could use more wow factor.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was nice while I had some coffee. The menu looked good. I wasn’t very hungry, but I got a smothered breakfast burrito to go. It was a good size, filling, and pretty tasty.

The lounge service was excellent at both dinner and breakfast. Our family really enjoyed a weekend stay here in February. The room was clean and updated, and the kids loved the oversized indoor pool. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taos.

The rooms were clean and just right for what we needed since we were only there to sleep. The price felt fair, and there was plenty of parking. It’s on a main street near places to eat, five thrift stores, Walmart, and bars. We’d stay again next time we’re in town.
