The breakfast was decent and the beds were reasonably comfortable. But our room was on the main first-floor hallway, right by the elevator, and people talking as they passed kept disturbing us. My reservation showed we had a child, the hotel wasn’t sold out when we booked, and we weren’t the last to check in. We were told there wasn’t another room available. The pool closed at 7 p.m., which seems absurd when check-in isn’t until 4. At check-in I asked whether the bedding or pillows contained feathers or down because of an allergy concern, and the staff member didn’t know what feather-free meant or whether they used them. There were also large grasshoppers all over the door from the pool and in other areas, so we walked around to the front entrance to avoid the dozens of them. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
